About the Panel

Due to COVID-19, many have had to adapt to carrying out their work via the web. Amidst the plethora of challenges, these alumni have displayed incredible adaptability and efficiency to not only work and lead in a virtual work setting, but they have also continued to excel by taking advantage of the new opportunities found in a post-pandemic society. With a wealth of career experiences in the VUCA world, the panelists will share inside information on how various sectors and resilient individuals are thriving in our digital age.

About the Panelists

Gim Seah.png

Gim Seah

Operations Program Manager, Google

Gim Seah joined Google Singapore in August 2015 as a Customer Experience lead, where he worked on setting up Google Ads operations in 7 markets across SEA. In 2017, he moved to Google Dublin to join the Large Customer Sales team, consulting on ad strategies for giga-clients like Apple and Amazon. Today, Gim works as an Ops Program Manager for Google Play in London. He works with Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to create a safe and trusted experience for the billion plus users on the Google Play Store.

HANNAH LUI

Senior Consultant, Economic and Financial Consulting, FTI Consulting

I started my career in this company as an intern, while I was still studying at the University of Bath, and have been with this company for about 5 years. I have had the opportunity to work at both their London and Hong Kong offices in that time. Our work mainly consists of assisting lawyers compute damages in various dispute cases. My day-to-day work consists of financial modelling, translating our analysis into written reports that will be submitted to court and project management, ensuring our projects are running smoothly.

ONG SI CI

Engineer (Sense-making and Surveillance Centre of Expertise), HTX

Having graduated from Imperial College London in 2019 with a Masters in Materials Science and Engineering, Si Ci joined HTX as an Engineer. She is under the Sense-making & Surveillance Centre of Expertise where she works on the development and deployment of video analytics capabilities for the Home Team. She is also with the Plans & Strategy Division where she does strategic planning for the agency.
